SortIG helps visitors filter products published by public Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Visitors do not create a SortIG account or connect their own Instagram account.
When a visitor submits an Instagram shop URL, SortIG processes the public username and may retrieve public profile and media information through Meta's Instagram API, including captions, media URLs, post links and timestamps. SortIG may derive product category, price, size and availability from public post captions.
This information is used only to provide search and filtering, maintain service reliability and reduce repeated API requests. Public shop information may be cached for up to 30 days after its last use, after which it may be removed or refreshed. Standard server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses, request times and technical error information for security and troubleshooting.
SortIG does not collect Instagram passwords, private Instagram content, payment-card information or customer account credentials. SortIG does not sell personal information. Data may be processed by the hosting provider and Meta only as required to operate the service.
You may request access, correction or deletion of cached shop information by emailing support.sort1g@gmail.com and including the Instagram username. Requests will be reviewed and handled within 30 days where applicable.

მონაცემები გამოიყენება მხოლოდ ძიებისა და ფილტრაციისთვის, სერვისის გამართულობისთვის და განმეორებითი API მოთხოვნების შესამცირებლად. საჯარო მაღაზიის მონაცემები შეიძლება დროებით შეინახოს ბოლო გამოყენებიდან 30 დღემდე. SortIG არ აგროვებს Instagram-ის პაროლებს, პირად კონტენტს ან საბანკო ბარათის მონაცემებს და არ ყიდის პირად ინფორმაციას.
